Dear Sembawang Town Council, I am writing to express my gratitude for Ivy, the staff member who handled my recent case where I had reported about a dispute with my neighbour. She was very understanding while working on my case, showing concern when I had told her about how my neighbour’s family had furiously confronted me after my report, yelling at me through my door. It was a relief to know that she cared about my safety and was taking my report seriously. She had promised to handle the case swiftly and indeed she followed through on that, with the case being resolved the very next day after my report. Because I had felt like my safety was threatened, I am thankful not just for the successful resolution to the dispute, but also the speed at which it was done. I am glad that my Town Council has such an effective and competent representative like Ivy, who is genuine in her concern for the residents under her care. Thank you very much!
