Facility Booking
Use Of Town Council Amenities and Charges
- Please visit Sembawang Town Council’s offices in person to apply for the permit and undertaking. Alternatively, you may book via the LifeSG app. For after office hours, kindly contact our EMSU hotline at 1800-275 5555.
- NRIC is required for all bookings.
- Applicants must be residents of Sembawang GRC or Sembawang West SMC and be at least 21 years old. Residents of private properties and condominium units are not eligible to make bookings.
- Permits will only be issued upon the complete submission of all required documents, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Bookings may be made approximately 5 months in advance, except for BBQ pits, which may only be booked approximately 2 months in advance.
